    • for problems that typically only involve an individual staff member and do not affect a large population or a library user (i.e., non-emergencies)
    • for problems with Acorn, Workflows, off-campus access to library resources, proxy issues, database problems, VUprint problems, staff Dell laptops
    • for use AFTER normal working hours when LITS staff aren’t available, unless there is an emergency
    • please be specific about what the problem is, where it’s located, and include what you have tried to fix the problem

    • for IMMEDIATE problems and emergencies that affect a major service, patrons, or large groups of people
    • with Acorn/Workflows, or when library hardware stops working and prevents you from doing your job (for example, barcode scanners not working, Acorn goes down, total access to a resource is lost)
